Help Us!!! making a program?

U can use a array of string which contains the letters from -10 to 10. i.e the strings size will be 20. Make another array of int with the appropriate int value of the letters. Then after the input find the index of the letter in the string array and find the numerical value of the letter using that index in the int array. Hope u understand the process.
